Human nature makes us curious because after all we all want to vacation more for less. But after you have listened to their presentation and decided to put them to the test before you sign up and give them the particulars of your next vacation and tell them if they beat it you will join…..that’s all they want to here. They will then disappear from the table and a few minutes will go by as they are in the other room/travel agents office. Some of that time will consist of them actually looking at prices to see how close they can get then they will determine HOW MUCH OF YOUR “ONE TIME MEMBERSHIP FEE” THEY WILL USE TO BUY DOWN THE PRICE OF THE TRIP to show you a savings that will satisfy you. BEWARE this is the smoke and mirrors game they play because those big savings only happen once….on the first trip and then after that WHEN YOU ARE OUTSIDE YOUR CANCELLATION PERIOD then the trip savings are minimal as well as any kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE but by then it’s to late.
